Community Support Services
Our Community Support services is designed to provide personalised support that promote our clients’ independence and self-confidence, helping them to live a well meaningful life.
This program support young people and adults with:
- Learning difficulties
- Mental health problems
- Autistic spectrum conditions
- Complex needs
- Severe physical disabilities
- A history of drug or alcohol dependency
To access the local community, find employment or education, and develop friendships, with the aim of developing their social life, independence skills, self-confidence, travelling skills while assessing risk and gradually reducing the level of support.
