SUPPORT LIVING SERVICES

Our supported living services provide innovative and person-centred support that will enable you to live as independently as possible within your own homes and in the local community.

The support provided is person-centred and specifically tailored to meet every unique need, underpinned by our philosophy that every individual has the right to live their life with dignity and respect.

Supported living is all about enabling people to make choices and be in control of their support and their lives. We encourage and empower people to achieve their dreams and goals through high quality, bespoke support.

Our supported living services provide a good option in some circumstances – offering flexibility, and in most cases even better value for money than some of the alternatives, whether you fund your own care or receive a personal budget or by Local Authority.

You will be supported in your own home by qualified staff to provide motivation, such as encouragement to get out of bed and go out to college or work, and carry out simple tasks such as shopping, housework and repairs, and provide support with administrative tasks or personal care, depending your need.

Our Supported living scheme provides support to people with:

  • Learning difficulties
  • Mental health problems
  • Autistic spectrum conditions
  • Complex needs
  • Severe physical disabilities
  • A history of drug or alcohol dependency

You may want to live on your own or share a place with others. You may need support 24 hours a day or for part of the day, for personal care or making meals.

Whether it’s shopping for food, decorating your home, taking part in activities in your community, or enjoying creative or physical activity, we’ll support you to express your preferences and make them happen.
